赵超，男，1983年12月生，山东临朐人，中山大学海洋生物学博士，民进会员，福建农林大学讲师，师从我国海洋生物基因工程主要奠基人徐洵院士，现主要从事海洋功能基因组学及分子营养学研究。

2012年以来主持及承担国家自然科学基金、福建省教育厅项目等科研课题12项，2013年获中国博士后科学基金一等资助、福建省出国留学奖学金资助。2011年以来在ApplMicrobiolBiot、IntJSystEvolMicr、JFoodSci、JMicrobiolBiotechn等国内外刊物发表学术论文15篇，其中SCI论文8篇，授权及申请专利4项，副主编教材1部，获市科技进步二等奖1项。获福建农林大学2013年青年教师“微课”及“最佳一课”教学比赛三等奖。《FoodResearchInternational》、《BiotechnologyandAppliedBiochemistry》等SCI源期刊审稿人。
