研究领域与方向
NK 细胞活化受到其表面活化型和抑制性受体的精细调节。在正常情况下,主导抑制作用的小鼠Ly49家族和人KIR家族分子通过识别MHC-I类分子,使NK细胞保持耐受状态。然而,当病毒感染或应激状态下,细胞表面的MHC-I分子丢失或者针对NK细胞活化型受体的配体上调,NK细胞耐受状态将被破坏。因此,更好地在时间和空间水平了解NK细胞活化和功能获得机制,特别是NK细胞参与的细胞毒活性,将有助于设计基于NK细胞的生物治疗策略。我们特别对以下科学问题感兴趣:NK细胞发育过程相关的信号途径;NK细胞是如何在分子和细胞水平功能获得成熟;驱动NK细胞分化和活化的分子基础。
