研究领域与方向 研究围绕体液免疫应答调节机制,关注免疫细胞迁徙、动态互作、及组织微环境对其功能发育的影 响。通过经典遗传、生化、细胞免疫学手段,及双光子显微镜活细胞、活组织动态成像方法
1. 生发中心反应关键性细胞互作的分子机理;
2. 细胞互作的定性及定量特点如何参与细胞命运选择;
3. 生发中心及滤泡组织结构的时空动态演化特点及分子调控机制;
4. 以上3个层次的组织与调节机制如何保持免疫系统在产生有效应答的同时避免自身反应。
