研究领域与方向 本课题组主要以对人类公共健康产生严重威胁的肝炎病毒以及黄病毒为主要研究对象,运用分子生物学,反向遗传学,基因组以及蛋白质组学手段,阐述病毒的生活周期,鉴定对病毒感染必需的宿主因子以及限制病毒感染的抗病毒因子。从分子水平上研究病毒种属感染以及器官感染特异性的机制,从而为抗病毒药物开发,传染病防治以及实验动物模型开发提供理论基础。
具体研究内容包括:
1. 肝炎病毒以及黄病毒感染的分子基础,发现鉴定病毒感染必须的宿主因子或者限制性因子;
2. 寻找决定病毒感染种属特异性的宿主因子;
3. 在理解病毒和宿主相互作用的基础上,开发支持病毒感染的动物模型,为新药和疫苗开发提供有力的工具。
