研究领域与方向 细胞信号传导与疾病的关系,重点研究 TGF-β, STAT3, Wnt,FGF 等信号通路中关键蛋白的泛素化及磷酸化修饰,研究这些信号通路异常与肿瘤发生及类风湿性关节炎发生发展的关系,寻找治 疗肿瘤及类风湿性关节炎的药物靶点。
