研究领域与方向 以结构生物学为主要研究手段,主要从事参与转录调控的关键表观遗传因子,特别是识别组蛋白修饰的阅读器蛋白以及新型组蛋白修饰的结构与功能研究,同时致力于基于结构的表观遗传靶向药物开发。
