研究领域与方向 干细胞与表观遗传学在过去的几年中,我的实验室专注于两个主要的研究方向:第一,我们利用果蝇模型研究基因表达和干细胞维持的表观遗传机制,取得了一系列成果。第二,我们开发了新的转基因干扰技术和基于CRISPR/Cas9系统的基因组编辑技术,为整个果蝇研究领域做出了重大贡献。将来,我们将继续探索干细胞增殖与分化的分子调控机制,着重关注染色质在其中的调控作用。此外,我们目前在细胞免疫学及癌症研究方面已经取得可观的前期结果,将继续深入研究相关分子机制。我相信,科学研究没有捷径,一分耕耘,一分收获
