高伟,博士,北京大学信息工程学院助理教授,博士生导师。香港城市大学计算机科学系计算机科学博士。曾在美国加州大学洛杉矶分校(UCLA)电器工程系做访问学者,曾在香港城市大学计算机科学系和新加坡南洋理工大学电气与电子工程学院做博士后研究。曾在美国OmniVision Technologies上海公司担任摄像头图像信号处理工程师。研究方向为视频编码与通信传输优化、图像视频处理与计算机视觉、视觉感知建模分析及应用、机器学习与深度学习算法及应用(包括算法和加速器两方面)等。近年来在相关领域的高水平国际期刊(如TIP、TCSVT、TMM等)和重要会议发表论文多篇,申请或授权美国发明专利、PCT国际专利、中国发明专利等共10项。参与和主持多个国家级项目,并参与香港政府研究资助局项目等其它科研项目多项。曾荣获深圳市海外高层次人才计划、香港城市大学杰出学术表现奖、香港城市大学研究活动基金、华中科技大学科技成果奖、广东省计算机学会优秀论文等。担任多个国际顶级期刊的审稿人。
