范恩国范恩国,男,博士。2008年获德国马丁-路德大学博士学位。2008年-2010 年,在德国弗莱堡大学医学院进行博士后研究; 2010年-2017年历任弗莱堡大学医学院助理研究员/课题组长及研究员(PI),期间参与或主持多项德国国家(DFG)课题,总经费近200万欧元,并与德国、法国、挪威、奥地利、瑞典、日本等国以及国内的多个课题组开展了密切合作。已培养博士1人(Summa Cum Laude毕业),医学博士1人,硕士数人并指导博士后2人;2017年3月起,任中国医学科学院/北京协和医学院“协和”,任职于病原生物学系。



鉴于革兰氏阴性菌外膜上的β-桶状蛋白在细菌的免疫原性、致病性和耐药性方面的重要作用,以及其位于阴性菌的最外层因而更易为相关药物识别并结合的特点,因此外膜桶状蛋白是非常理想的新型抗生素作用靶点。故本课题组的研究方向为膜蛋白的生成与演化以及蛋白质的跨膜转运机理,具体为革兰氏阴性菌外膜β-桶状蛋白的膜整合与演化和病原蛋白跨细菌外膜的转运机理研究; 以外膜蛋白为靶点的新型抗生素开发(包括天然产物的分离分析及基于此的药物筛选) ; 基于蛋白质跨细菌外膜转运的细菌细胞表面蛋白展示技术为基础的生物工程产品开发(如疫苗开发等)。
拟使用的研究方法包括蛋白质跨膜转运离体重组系统(versatile in vitro reconstitution system for beta-barrel outer membrane proteins)、蛋白质定点光交联技术(site-specific photo-cross-linking)、蛋白质的离体合成技术(invitro protein transcription/translation system)及相关的分子生物学、生物化学、生物工程及分析化学与化工、天然产物化学等。
目前课题组有助研1名,博士研究生1名,硕士研究生2名,拟聘助研(具博士学位)1名,有意者请与本课题组联系。
