女,理学博士。
2014年所院“引进人才”,现任细胞生物学系研究员。


研究方向:
利用多能干细胞研究BMP相关信号转导通路在心肺血管病中的作用机制及探索新型治疗策略,包括:
1. 研究肺动脉血管中关键转录因子的特异相互作用蛋白及组织特异性的效应基因。
2. 对多功能干细胞进行分化,得到相关的心血管细胞;并进行体外和体内功能研究。
3. 研究致病突变对心肺血管发育的影响并模拟疾病建立干细胞靶向药物筛选平台。
4. 研究肺高压中相关炎症因素在疾病发生和发展中的作用机制。
