刘雁勇


刘雁勇,教授,博士生导师,现任中国药理学会抗衰老与老年痴呆专业委员会委员,中国老年学及老年医学学会老年病学分会认知障碍专家委员会委员,中国研究型医院学会神经再生与修复专业委员会委员,北京药理学会理事,北京药理学会心脑血管药理专业委员会委员、北京药理学会神经精神药理专业委员会常务委员。
课题组致力于神经精神疾患和肿瘤发病机制和创新药物的研究,承担、参与包括科技重大专项、国家重大科学研究计划课题及国家重点基础研究发展计划(973计划)等课题,已获5项国家发明专利授权。申请国际专利1项,目前已获韩国授权,欧洲、美国、日本专利在审查中。
课题组具有良好的原代细胞及细胞系培养、动物模型建立及行为学评价等研究平台及技术储备,研究策略集成药理、药化、药分、药剂以及生物学等交叉学科。

研究兴趣与方向:
(1)神经精神药理学: 关注抑郁症、神经退行性疾病的发病机制及创新药物研究。采用包括蛋白组学、平面微阵列电极等技术,重点研究神经环路重建、突触发生与疾病发生的关系,并探讨新干预靶点及创新药物的设计与评价。
(2)肿瘤药理学:利用多肽偶联、纳米等技术,发展新型肿瘤分子靶向药物;关注精神、免疫等因素在肿瘤发生、发展中的作用。
