摘要:利用自下而上的物质流分析方法,从建筑、基础设施、交通工具、耐用品、设备5个部门核算广元市2005—2015年钢铁、水泥的存量及流量,评估城市的建设和发展状态.结果显示:2008年广元市钢铁、水泥的存量由于地震因素明显下降,灾后重建主体阶段(2008—2011年)快速上升,2015年人均存量分别达到3.2×103、7.8×103 kg·人?1;2008年后物质使用效率逐渐下降,约为全国平均水平的50%.基于物质存量的核算结果,采用指数分解法分析驱动因素.结果表明经济增长因素是广元市物质存量增长的主要驱动因素,材料的使用效率则对存量的增加产生抑制作用.研究结果可为城市的灾后重建或城镇化发展提供科学依据及政策建议.

Abstract:Earthquake and post-disaster reconstruction can be regarded as rapid urbanization.The systematic study of urban material metabolism could evaluate the state of urban construction and development.Bottom-up material flow analysis was used here to calculate stocks and flows of steel and cement in Guangyuan City from 2005-015 in five subsystems (buildings, infrastructure, transportation, durable goods and machinery).The driving factors were then analyzed by LMDI method.Due to earthquake, stocks of steel and cement were found to have decreased significantly in 2008, but increased rapidly in post-disaster reconstruction from 2008-2011.In 2015, per capita stocks of steel and cement reached 3.2 x 103 and 7.8 x 103 kg respectively.However, the efficiency of material stocks gradually decreased after 2008, down to 50% of the national average.LMDI analysis found economic growth to be the main driving factor behind increases in steel and cement stocks, whilst improved efficiency in material-use was inhibitory to the increase.Therefore, in earthquake and post-disaster reconstruction, cities should establish a comprehensive waste-material recycling system, to complete industrial reconstruction and upgrading, and to strive to improve material-use efficiency and to achieve efficient urbanization development.
