摘要本文将研究一类含参的四阶两点边值问题的单侧全局分歧定理及结点解的存在性.当扰动函数满足一些自然条件时，本文首先应用拓扑度方法和Dancer单侧全局分歧定理等，可以得到(λk，0)是所研究问题的一个分歧点，并且存在从(λk，0)发出的两个不同的连通分支Ck+和Ck-和，其中λk是对应于上述问题的线性特征值问题的第k个特征值.做为一个应用，作者应用以上所建立的Dancer-型单侧全局分歧定理进一步研究了一类含参的四阶两点边值问题结点解的全局结构和解的存在性.
