个人简历 Personal resume


主任医师，美国霍普金斯大学博士后，附院风湿免疫科骨关节病亚专科主任，附院杰出技术骨干、学科带头人后备人选，安徽省第七批学术技术带头人，安徽省卫计委第五周期学术技术带头人。主持多项国家、省自然科学基金，获得安徽省科技进步二等奖1项，在Cancer Discov、Immunity、J Exp Med等杂志发表SCI论文60多篇。主要学术成就：发现ATP是痛风的第二致病信号，其受体P2X7R功能决定了高尿酸血症患者是否痛风发病，改写了痛风发病机制；发现调节性T细胞在急慢性痛风转换中起关键作用，完善了痛风缓解机制，为迁延不愈的难治性痛风找到了新的治疗靶点，也为进一步研究急慢性炎症的转化换机制奠定了基础。
