个人简历 Personal resume


徐索文，研究员，博士生导师。2011年6月在中山大学药学院获得药理学博士学位，2011年8月-2016年9先后在美国国立卫生研究院（NIH）/国家心肺血研究所（NHLBI）和美国罗切斯特大学开展博士后研究，2016年10月在美国罗切斯特大学晋升研究助理教授，兼任澳大利亚昆士兰大学药学院客座副教授。2020年1月加入中国科学技术大学，任生命科学学院与附属第一医院双聘特任研究员，从事心血管与代谢病的转化研究。近年来，以第一/通讯作者在European Heart Journal, Circulation,PNAS, Pharmacological Reviews等期刊发表学术论文，被BMJ，Nature Reviews of Immunology等杂志引用4300余次，其中7篇论文被选为ESI高被引论文，H指数38。担任Cardiovascular Diabetology 和Pharmacological Research等杂志编委/编辑。获首届教育部博士研究生学术新人奖（2010年）和美国心脏协会（AHA）Career Development Award（2018年）。主持美国心脏协会基金和国自然面上项目各1项。2012年至今为香港Research Grants Council (RGC)基金评审专家。

1、内皮功能障碍诱导心血管疾病与代谢病的分子机制研究
2、动脉粥样硬化、糖尿病与脂肪肝的发病机理与药物治疗
3、血管衰老和天然产物来源的心血管创新药物发现
