个人简历 Personal resume


主要从事外科病理诊断以及临床病理研究10余年。擅长淋巴造血系统、软组织和男性泌尿生殖系统病理诊断。 担任中华医学会病理学分会副主任委员，中华医学会病理学分会淋巴造血病理学组组长，中国医师协会病理学分会副会长，中国抗癌协会肿瘤病理专业委员会副主任委员。 在病理诊断工作中发现、命名并报道了新的软组织肿瘤类型Inflammatory Monomorphic Undifferentiated Sarcoma和新的淋巴瘤类型Helper innate lymphoid cell lymphoma；在国际杂志中报道了多种罕见的肿瘤和病例；在研究中发现药物诱导白血病凋亡途径中溶酶体蛋白酶Cathepsin D的转位是连接溶酶体与线粒体凋亡途径之间的重要分子；发现乳腺癌的新辅助化疗可以影响肿瘤Her-2免疫组化状态的改变，但不影响其基因扩增的变化；发现了核糖体蛋白激酶RSK4是肾细胞癌独立的预后预测因子，并且是食管鳞状细胞癌肿瘤干细胞相关的恶性生物学行为中的关键激酶。阐明了间变型、窦性和原发胃肠道弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤的临床和遗传学特点。发表SCI论文100余篇，其中第一作者和通讯作者40余篇。获得国家自然科学基金资助6项。主编专著3部，主译专著1部，副主编4部，参编5部。
