个人简历 Personal resume


俞能海，男，1964年11月生，博士，教授，博士生导师，中国科学技术大学信息处理中心主任，信息科学技术学院学术委员会副主任，多媒体与通信研究实验室主任，多媒体计算与通信教育部-微软重点实验室常务副主任（2004-2010），中国图象图形学学会常务理事，中国计算机学会多媒体专家委员会委员，中国电子学会云计算专家委员会委员，中国通信学会IP应用与增值电信技术专家委员会委员，中国电子学会多媒体安全专家委员会委员。1999年在日本东京大学工学部做访问****；2008年在美国哥伦比亚大学电气工程系作为高级访问****进行为期6个月的合作研究。 主要从事图像处理与视频分析、多媒体通信、媒体内容安全、互联网信息检索、数据挖掘与内容过滤、网络通信与安全等方向的教学与科研工作。曾组织中国科大研究团队，积极参与中国数字音视频编解码技术标准工作组（AVS）的制定，是我国移动视频编码标准AVS P7（GB/T 20090.7）的主要技术贡献团队之一。 近年来主持或作为主要成员承担并完成了国家自然科学基金（重点、面上）、国家863计划（军口、民口）、国防预先研究计划、国家科技支撑计划，中国科学院知识创新工程方向性项目等20多项国家级课题，在IEEE Trans.on Knowledge and Data Engineering,IEEE Trans.on Multimedia,IEEE Trans.on Image Processing,IEEE Trans.on Information Forensics and Security,SIGIR,NIPS,CVPR,ACM Multimedia,Information Hiding Conference,ICME等国际一流期刊和会议上发表学术论文100余篇。2008年一篇学术论文获得多媒体顶级国际会议(the 16th international conference on Multimedia)最佳论文提名奖。2010年，由于指导研究生成绩突出（该生获得中科院院长特别奖），获得中国科学院优秀研究生导师奖。此外，曾获得2004年国家有关部门颁发的“863先进个人”奖，所领导的课题组获得“863先进集体”奖。曾获得省部级科技进步奖6项（一等奖1项、二等奖3项，三等奖2项），获得教育部优秀教学成果一等奖1项，中国科学院教学成果二等奖1项。 目前正在主持的国家863重大专项子课题1项、国家863项目2项，中国科学院知识创新工程方向性项目1项，教育部博士点基金项目1项，教育部“质量工程”资助项目1项，参与国家自然科学基金重点项目1项。在人才培养方面与微软亚洲研究院、美国哥伦比亚大学、新加坡南洋理工大学和香港中文大学有着富有成效的合作。
