个人简历 Personal resume


2005年于中国科学院上海光学精密机械研究所获材料学博士学位，2005年至2007年在清华大学从事博士后研究。2007年6月加入苏州纳米所。一直从事晶体材料（无机晶体、有机晶体）的微结构和光电特性表征研究，尤其以透射电子显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、阴极荧光谱、光致发光谱为主要表征工具。先后主持国家自然科学基金，江苏省自然科学基金，中国科学院仪器设备功能开发项目等多个科研项目。在Crystal Growth and Design, Applied Physics Letters, Journal of Applied Physics等国际刊物上发表SCI收录论文30余篇，主持申请专利近10项。
