潘丙军，男，1979年生，博士（毕业于南京大学），校聘教授，硕士生导师、博士生导师。

研究领域：水污染控制技术与原理
主要从事水中污染物吸附分离技术的基础研究与开发应用。目前发表SCI论文36篇，影响因子大于5.0的有13篇，JCR一区论文25篇，包括在环境学科国际权威刊物ES&T和Water Research分别发表7篇和4篇；目前个人H指数为23，论文总引用次数1700余次，其中有三篇第一作者论文的引用次数超过100次；另外，发表于Chemical Engineering Journal的论文（第一作者）目前应用次数近200次，入选ESI高引用论文，被科技部中信所评为2010年度“中国百篇最具影响国际学术论文”。
