主要研究方向及承担的科研项目

主要研究方向:

昆虫分子生物学-围绕新疆干旱环境特殊的拟步甲科昆虫-小胸鳖甲等的生物学特性,开展抗冻蛋白的基因克隆、环境条件对基因表达变化的影响、表达载体构建、生理生化特性分析、基因功能鉴定和昆虫耐寒性与耐寒机理的研究,筛选和挖掘拟步甲昆虫耐寒相关的功能基因,并应用于转基因培育抗冻耐寒的农作物新品种。
