Abstract_Chinese:为研究现场尺度的沉积型微生物燃料电池(SMFC)在产电和底泥修复中的应用,在深圳新涌河河口现场构 建了 SMFC 系统.以高分子材料与碳网热压成的导电蜂巢格室制作成阳极,石墨毡与钛线材料制作成阴极,进行了 为期 3 个月的现场试验.结果表明 SMFC 能够持续对河口底泥进行去污,同时生物试剂能够在一定程度上促进 SMFC 系统对于底泥有机质的降解,总有机质的去除率达到 54%,明显高于单独使用 SMFC 和生物试剂的情况.受 河口涨落潮影响,SMFC 间歇运行,最大功率密度可达到 13 mW/m2 左右,可为 5 个 LED 灯管供电.因此,现场尺 度的 SMFC 系统在河口底泥的去污处理和产电应用方面都具有一定前景,为现场尺度沉积型微生物燃料电池在工程 应用方面提供了一定的理论依据和参考.
Abstract_English:A field-scale sediment microbial fuel cell (SMFC) system was built to investigate the power generation and sediment bioremediation at the Xinyong Estuary,Shenzhen,China. The conductive honeycomb cell made of polymer material and carbon mesh is used as anode,and the graphite felt and titanium wire are used as cathode. The field test lasted for 3 months. Results showed that the SMFC could continuously decontaminate the sediment,and degradation bacteria could promote the degradation of sediment organic matter in SMFC system to a certain extent, and the removal rate of total organic matter reaches 54%,which is significantly higher than that of SMFC and degradation bacteria alone. Affected by the ebb and flow of the estuary,SMFC operates intermittently,and the maximum power density of 13 mW/m2 was achieved,which can supply power for five LED lamps. Therefore,the field-scale SMFC system has considerable potential for applications in sediment bioremediation and power generation in estuaries,which provides a certain theoretical basis and reference for the engineering application of field-scale SMFC.
