河口区径流对台风暴潮影响研究

Abstract_Chinese:台风暴潮-径流相互作用增大河口台风暴潮位, 从而增大台风暴潮灾害.本文基于FVCOM模式建立了河口及附近海域的台风暴潮数值模型, 并以9711台风和0608台风为风-气压场来源.依据台风期间的实测径流量过程Q(t), 设计了4个径流过程q(t), 并与q(t)=0时进行对比, 讨论了台风暴潮模拟中考虑上游径流的必要性; 研究了浙江省南部沿海椒江、欧江、飞云江和鳌江河口区径流和台风暴潮的相互作用, 并分析了径流量变化对海门、温州、瑞安和鳌江观测站台风暴潮位以及各河流口门内最大台风暴潮位包络线的影响.结果显示:径流量越大, 观测站的台风暴潮位增量越大且台风暴潮位的最大增量出现在台风登陆后; 9711台风期间椒江台风暴潮位受径流的影响较瓯江更显著; 0608台风期间飞云江台风暴潮位受径流影响较鳌江更显著.本文研究成果为河口台风暴潮防灾减灾提供有价值的参考.
Abstract_English:Typhoon storm surge-runoff interaction will increase the storm tide level,thus aggravating the storm surge disasters in estuaries. In this paper,a storm surge model was developed with wind-pressure field derived from typhoon 9711 and typhoon 0608 based on FVCOM. Four schemes with different time series runoffs q(t)were designed according to the observed time series runoff process Q(t). The necessity for considering the effect of upstream runoff on storm surge simulation was investigated,referring to the case of q(t)=0. The interactions between runoff and typhoon storm surge in Jiaojiang Estuary,Oujiang Estuary,Feiyunjiang Estuary and Aojiang Estuary were discussed. In addition,the effects of runoff variation on storm tide level at observed stations(Haimen,Wenzhou,Ruian and Aojiang)and on the maximum storm tide level along channel were presented. Results show that the maximum storm tide level increments of stations appeared after typhoon landfall and increased with increasing runoff input. For typhoon 9711,the effects of runoff on storm surge of Jiaojiang were more obvious than those on Oujiang; for typhoon 0608,the storm surge in Feiyunjiang was influenced more significantly than that in Aojiang. The results obtained in this study will provide a valuable reference for the prevention and mitigation of storm surge disaster in estuaries.
