Abstract_Chinese:通过对降冰片烯官能化的聚苯乙烯(NB-PS)和聚丙烯酸叔丁酯(NB-PtBA)大分子单体进行顺序开环易位聚 合(ROMP)制备主链聚合度 100∶100 的瓶刷型嵌段共聚物 PS-b-PtBA.PS-b-PtBA 在加热状态下通过外加压力驱动 本体相分离实现快速自组装,形成有序的层状纳米结构,制备一维光子晶体(1D PCs).通过核磁共振氢谱(1 H NMR)对聚合物的结构进行表征;采用凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)对聚合物的分子量及其分布进行表征;通过差示扫描量 热法(DSC)分析 PS-b-PtBA 的热力学性能,其中 PS 嵌段的玻璃化转变温度为 96 ℃,PtBA 嵌段的玻璃化转变温度 为 40 ℃.通过紫外/可见/近红外分光光度计对制备的 1D PCs 反射光谱进行测试.在玻璃化转变温度以上的不同温 度(110~190 ℃)下对 PS-b-PtBA 进行热压自组装,结果表明在不同温度下均可实现 1D PCs 的制备,且在宏观上表 现出从白色到蓝色的显著变化,热压自组装温度在 150 ℃时 1D PCs 的反射率最高,达到了 75%左右,说明此温度 下的组装体具有较高的结构有序度.不同温度下制备的 1D PCs 反射波长变化不大,约为 370 nm.通过扫描电子显 微镜(SEM)观察 1D PCs 的微观形貌,证明瓶刷型嵌段共聚物热压自组装形成层间距约为 101 nm 的周期性层状结 构.瓶刷型嵌段共聚物热压组装制备一维光子晶体具有稳定、快捷、无需溶剂的特点,不仅在高温下的压力可视化 检测方面具有潜在的应用前景,而且还可以实现回收并多次循环利用的环保功能.
Abstract_English:Bottlebrush block copolymer PS-b-PtBA with main chain degree of polymerization of 100∶100 was prepared by sequential ring-opening metathesis polymerization of norbornenyl-functionalized polystyrene(NB-PS)and poly(t-butyl acrylate)(NB-PtBA)macromonomers. One-dimensional photonic crystals(1D PCs)were rapidly prepared by thermocompression self-assembly of PS-b-PtBA. The prepared polymers were characterized by 1 H NMR. The molecular weight of the polymers was analyzed by gel permeation chromatography. The thermal property of the polymers was investigated by differential scanning calorimetry. PS-b-PtBA had two glass transition temperatures, that is,96 ℃ for the PS block and 40 ℃ for the PtBA block. The reflection spectra of the 1D PCs were recorded by a UV/Vis/NIR spectrophotometer. 1D PCs with blue color were prepared by thermocompression self-assembly of white PS-b-PtBA bulk at different temperatures(110—190 ℃). The reflectivity of 1D PCs reached the maximum value of approximately 75% at 150 ℃,indicating the self-assembly of the most ordered lamellar structure. Moreover,the maximum reflected wavelength of 1D PCs was approximately 370 nm,which was less affected by temperature. Themicroscopic morphology of 1D PCs was observed using a scanning electron microscope,and it was proven that PS-b- PtBA formed lamellar periodic structures with domain spacing of 101 nm after thermocompression self-assembly. Thus,1D PCs prepared by thermocompression self-assembly of PS-b-PtBA are stable and do not need any solvent, which indicate its potential application to the rapid visual detection of pressure under high temperature. Moreover, 1D PCs are environment friendly because it can be recycled multiple times.
