Abstract_Chinese:提出由边缘约束梁柱和双层斜向条型钢构件组成的钢网格墙结构,通过对 1∶2 缩尺的 T 型钢和槽钢钢网格 墙结构模型进行低周往复试验和有限元模拟,研究钢网格墙结构的抗震性能及受力机理,并基于工程实际对其内嵌 钢网格布置进行了优化建议.结果表明:钢网格墙具有良好的刚度、延性和承载能力,且 T 型钢钢网格墙性能优于 槽钢钢网格墙;受侧向力时中部型钢率先屈服,而后向两侧延展;试件破坏方式为单根条型钢构件与鱼尾板连接处 断裂,其余型钢仍可承载;试件破坏时的层间位移角均大于 1/50,试件在每级荷载循环后的强度退化系数均在 0.92 以上,结构受力性能稳定;有限元模型能较好地模拟钢网格墙性能,试件有限元模拟的峰值荷载最大误差为 13%; 内嵌型钢网格抗侧力及耗能的占比均高于 48%,能够较好地与钢框架协调抗侧及耗能,对结构主体在侧向力作用下 有一定保护作用;前期耗能主要由内嵌钢网格提供,随着型钢残余变形及受压屈曲,钢网格耗能占比逐渐减小;提 出了两侧型钢鱼尾板连接处互不干扰原则、最小水平角距及最小竖直角距概念、均布约束准则,可通过调整最小水 平角距实现合理的钢网格墙布置.
Abstract_English:This paper proposed a grid-shaped steel plate shear wall(GSPSW) composed of strip steel members, boundary beams,and columns. Two 1∶2 scale T-shaped steel and channel steel specimens were tested under lateral cyclic loading,and the mechanical properties of GSPSW were initially investigated. The finite element analysis (FEA) model of GSPSW was established,and the accuracy of the model was verified by test data. Results show that GSPSW possesses favorable rigidity,ductility,and bearing capacity. T-steel GSPSW exhibits a superior perform\u0002ance compared to that of the U-steel GSPSW. Under a lateral force,the middle shape steel will yield first and then extend to both sides. Moreover,the failure mode of the test piece is the crack at the joint of the single-shaped steel member and the fishplate,while the rest of the shape steel can still bear the load. The interlayer displacement angle of the damaged test piece is higher than 1/50,and the strength degradation coefficients of the test piece after each load cycle are all above 0.92,demonstrating a stable structure mechanical performance. In addition,the performance of GSPSW is favorably simulated by the finite element model. The maximum error of the peak load of the finite element simulation of the test piece is 13%. Meanwhile,proportions of the embedded steel grid resisting the lateral force and energy consumption are higher than 48%,which can well coordinate the resisting lateral force and energy consump-tion with the steel frame and protect the main structure body under the lateral force. Energy consumption in the early stage mainly resulted from the embedded steel grid,which is gradually decreased with the residual deformation of the shape steel and compression. Hence,the principle of non-interference at the joints of the two side shape steel fish\u0002plates,the concepts of minimum horizontal angular distance and minimum vertical angular distance,and uniform distribution constraint criterion are proposed to implement the optimal GSPSW layout through adjusting the minimum horizontal angular distance.
