Abstract_Chinese:\r\r环氧树脂胶黏剂的粘接结构已被广泛应用,多轴载荷作用下的疲劳寿命是其应用要考虑的重要问题.本文采用中空圆柱形对接试件,对其进行单轴拉压、单轴扭转、比例加载路径和非比例加载路径等不同路径下的疲劳实验,并获得了这些情况下试件的疲劳寿命.分别用\rSWT\r、\rFS\r、\rCHX\r和修正\rCHX\r的疲劳寿命预测模型对其寿命进行预测并与实验结果进行了比较.结果表明:\rSWT\r模型预测结果偏于保守,只有少部分非比例路径数据点部分落在\r2\r倍误差范围内;\rFS\r模型预测结果则过于保守,两个路径的所有数据点都远远落在\r2\r倍误差范围下方;\rCXH\r模型预测结果好于\rSWT\r和\rFS\r两个模型预测结果,两种路径的部分点都有落在\r2\r倍误差范围内.考虑到粘接结构在多轴疲劳载荷下的复杂混合失效特点,按照实验实际情况,对\rCXH\r模型进行了修正,增加两个方向应变的影响系数\r. 采用修正后的模型对粘接结构多轴疲劳寿命进行预测,结果显示,大部分数据点都能落在2倍误差范围之内,预测结果优于以上3个模型.修正的CXH寿命预测模型适用于环氧树脂胶粘接的对接结构多轴疲劳的寿命预测.\r

Abstract_English:\r Epoxy resin bonding butt-joints have been extensively used and the multiaxial fatigue life is a necessary data to be considered its application. The fatigue experiments of uniaxial tension–compression,uniaxial torsion,multiaxial proportional loading path and multiaxial non-proportional loading path were conducted on the hollow cylindrical epoxy resin bonding butt-joints,and the fatigue life was obtained. The fatigue life prediction models of SWT,FS,CHX,and modified CHX were adopted for multiaxial fatigue life prediction and compared to the experiments. The results showed that the prediction of the SWT model was conservative compared to the experiments and only a few prediction data points of the non-proportional loading path fall within the factor-of-two boundaries. The prediction results of the FS model yielded a more conservative prediction for the proportional loading path and non-proportional loading path,and all prediction data points of the two loading paths were far less than the factor-of-two boundaries. The prediction results of the CXH model achieved better prediction than those of the previous two models. The partial prediction data points of the two loading paths fall within the factor-of-two boundaries. Considering complex mixed cracking behaviors of the epoxy resin bonding butt-joints under multiaxial cycle loading,the CXH model was modified by adding the influence coefficient of strain in both directions according to the experiments. The modified model was then used to predict the multiaxial fatigue life of epoxy resin bonding butt-joints. The modified model predictions achieved satisfactory results compared to the three models and most prediction data points of the two loading paths fall within the factor-of-two boundaries. Therefore,the modified CXH model is applicable to multiaxial fatigue life prediction of the epoxy resin bonding butt-joints.
