Abstract_Chinese:为研究弦支穹顶等空间结构中焊接空心球节点的抗弯刚度, 根据弦支穹顶工程中常用焊接空心球和钢管规格调研结果, 结合规范要求, 采用正交设计法设计了18个节点试件, 试验研究了纯弯受力状态下焊接空心球节点的名义抗弯刚度; 采用线性强化应力-应变关系, 同时考虑几何非线性的影响, 利用弧长法追踪弯矩-转角曲线, 对承受纯弯作用的空心球节点抗弯刚度进行有限元分析; 基于有限元分析和试验研究的结果, 得到较精确的节点抗弯刚度计算公式, 为进一步考虑节点刚度影响的空间网格结构的力学性能和失效机理研究提供参考.
Abstract_English:In order to study the bending stiffness of welded hollow spherical joints widely used in suspend-dome and other space structures,18 joint specimens were designed according to the survey results of welded hollow spherical joints and steel pipes specifications used in suspend-dome project,combining the specification requirements and the orthogonal design method,and the nominal bending stiffness of welded hollow spherical joints based on pure bending moment was experimentally tested. A finite element analysis of the bending stiffness of hollow spherical joints under pure bending was carried out by arc length method,using the linear strain-hardening stress-strain relationship and considering the influence of geometric nonlinearity. Finally,combined with the results of finite element analysis and experimental research,an accurate formula for calculating the bending stiffness of welded hollow spherical joints was obtained,which provides a reference for further research on the mechanical properties and failure mechanism of space grid structures considering the influence of joint stiffness.
