Abstract_Chinese:为研究方钢管柱-H形钢梁铸钢连接节点的初始转动刚度, 本文在基于变形协调原则的节点承载力理论的基础上, 采用变形叠加方法, 提出梁柱连接铸钢节点初始转动刚度理论, 并推导了初始转动刚度公式.由初始转动刚度理论及公式可知, 影响节点初始转动刚度的主要因素是钢管柱尺寸以及梁的高度等.通过改变柱壁厚等参数对5个足尺试件进行分析, 其初始转动刚度的试验结果、数值模拟结果与公式计算结果吻合较好, 验证了初始转动刚度理论及公式.分别选取钢管柱外径为200 mm、250 mm、300 mm, 钢管柱壁厚为8 mm、10 mm、12 mm, 铸钢连接件环板高度为35 mm、40 mm、45 mm, H形钢梁梁高为194 mm、219 mm、244 mm, 铸钢节点所在层层高为3 000 mm、4 000 mm、5 000 mm, 采用ABAQUS软件进行参数化数值分析.参数化数值模拟结果与初始转动刚度公式计算结果吻合较好, 其比值在0.895~0.958之间, 进一步验证了初始转动刚度理论及公式的有效性.
Abstract_English:In order to study the initial rotation stiffness of cast steel joints for H-shaped beam to square tube column,on the basis of bearing capacity theory of cast steel joints for H-shaped beam to square tube column based on the deformation compatibility condition,initial rotation stiffness theory and initial rotation stiffness formula of this joint were proposed by the superposition method of deformation. The main influence factors of the stiffness according to the theory and formula are the size of columns,the height of beams and so on. Five specimens of the joint were studied through the initial rotation stiffness results of monotonic loading static test and finite element simulation. The test results and numerical results coincided with the theoretical results. Based on this study,the initial rotation stiffness theory and initial rotation stiffness formula of this joint were validated. The independent variables were selected from the initial rotation stiffness formula. Parametric analysis was conducted by the ABAQUS software through changing the value of independent variables,such as the outside diameter of columns(200 mm,250 mm,300 mm),the thickness of columns(8 mm,10 mm,12 mm),the height of the cast steel stiffeners(35 mm,40 mm,45 mm),the height of beams(194 mm,219 mm,244 mm)and the height of the story located with the joint(3 000 mm,4 000 mm,5 000 mm). The parametric analytical results coincided with the theoretical results. The ratio of the numerical results to the theoretical results is between 0.895 and 0.958. Base on the parametric analysis,the initial rotation stiffness theory and initial rotation stiffness formula of cast steel joints for H-shaped beam to square tube column were further validated.
