Abstract_Chinese:近年来, 铜材料因其自身优良的性能而被广泛应用于许多领域之中.为研究TU1无氧铜轴心受压构件的整体稳定性能, 对7个TU1无氧铜圆管柱试件进行了静力试验研究.试验测量了试件的几何初弯曲与荷载初偏心.基于试验结果, 分析了该类型构件的失稳模态, 得到了其整体稳定承载力, 建立了有限元分析模型并对试验结果进行了模拟计算.研究结果表明:试件的破坏模态均为整体失稳; 试件的稳定承载力大致遵循随柱子长细比增大而减小的规律; 试件的长细比越大, 其卸载后不可恢复的塑性变形越小; 长细比为55.9~85.6的试件易发生弹性失稳, 长细比为22.2~44.8的试件易发生弹塑性失稳; 有限元分析模型能够准确地考虑几何初始缺陷的影响, 计算结果与试验结果吻合良好.
Abstract_English:Copper material has been widely used in many fields for its good performance in recent years. In order to investigate the overall buckling behavior of TU1 oxygen free copper tubular columns under axial compression,seven full-scale specimens were used for static tests. After measuring the initial bending and loading eccentricity,the study analyzed the buckling failure mode,obtained the overall stability capacity,and constructed a finite element model to simulate the buckling behavior of the seven specimens based on experimental results. The results showed that the overall buckling mode explained the failure modes of all the specimens. In general,the overall buckling strength of the specimens decreased as the slenderness of the columns increased. Besides,the slender the specimen was,the smaller the unrecoverable plastic deformation would be after unloading. In addition,the specimens with the slenderness ratio of 55.9—85.6 were prone to show elastic buckling whereas the specimens with the slenderness ratio of 22.2—44.8 were elasto-plastic buckling. Finally,the finite element model predicted the effects of initial geometric imperfections with precision and the FEA results matched well with the actual experimental results.
