Abstract_Chinese:焊接空心球作为空间网格中最常用的节点形式之一, 自20世纪中期出现以来被广泛用于体育场馆、博览会展和工业设施等各类建筑中的空间网格结构.国内外****针对焊接空心球节点从理论推导、数值模拟、模型试验和工程实践等方面开展了大量的研究并取得了丰富的成果.本文在概述焊接空心球构造形式和承载力等方面研究成果的基础上, 首先对焊接空心球的节点刚度研究方法、影响因素和刚度计算公式等方面的成果进行系统总结, 对比分析了不同的刚度计算公式, 进而对考虑节点刚度影响的空间网格结构力学性能的研究成果进行了分析, 总结了节点刚度对不同结构性能的影响规律, 最后提出了目前焊接空心球节点刚度研究存在的有待进一步完善之处.
Abstract_English:As one of the most common used joints in spatial grid structure,welded hollow spherical joint has been widely applied to spatial grid structures in various types of buildings,such as stadiums,exhibition center and industrial facilities,since appearing in the mid 20 th century. Scholars at home and abroad have carried out a lot of research on welded hollow spherical joints from the aspect of theoretical deduction,simulation analysis,experimental research and engineering practice,and have harvested rich fruits. In this paper,the construction form and bearing capacity of welded hollow sphere were outlined. On this basis,the achievements were summarized systematically,including the study method and influencing factors of the stiffness of welded hollow spherical joints,as well as its calculation formula. Also the different calculation formulas of joint stiffness were compared and analyzed. Then the research result of the mechanical properties of the spatial grid structure considering the influence of joint stiffness were given an overview,and the influence rule of joint stiffness on different mechanical properties was analyzed. Finally,further improvement on the research of the stiffness of welded hollow spherical joints is proposed.
