Abstract_Chinese:针对5种狼尾草属植物的农艺性状、含水量、木质纤维素含量等共11个指标进行测定和分析, 并将茎、叶与全株的木质纤维素含量进行了相关性分析.结果表明:①供试5种狼尾草属植物的农艺性状以及木质纤维素含量等能用性状均呈现显著差异, 其中, 纤维素含量为杂交狼尾草(1号及2号)及象草显著大于台湾甜草及红象草, 木质素含量为象草>杂交狼尾草2号>杂交狼尾草1号>台湾甜草>红象草; ②相关性分析表明, 植株茎叶的木质纤维素含量与全株均呈现一定的相关性; ③对5种植物的利用方式进行评价, 杂交狼尾草1号是纤维乙醇生产和沼气发酵的良好材料, 杂交狼尾草2号次之.研究结果对于狼尾草属植物优质材料的培育和能源利用具有一定的理论指导和参考价值.
Abstract_English:Eleven indexes,including agronomic traits,water content and lignocellulose content,were determined in five varieties of Pennisetum and the correlations of lignocellulose contents between stem/leaf and whole plant were analyzed. Our results could be summarized as follows: ①There were significant differences in agronomic traits and lignocellulose content among the five varieties of Pennisetum. The orders for their cellulose contents were: No. 2 Pennnisetum hybrid,No. 1 Pennnisetum hybrid and Pennisetum purpureum Schumach are significantly higher than those of Pennisetum purpureum Schumab ev. Taiwan and Pennisetum purpureum Schum cv. However,the orders of the lignin contents were: Pennisetum purpureum Schumach>No. 2 Pennnisetum hybrid>No. 1 Pennnisetum hybrid>Pennisetum purpureum Schumab ev. Taiwan>Pennisetum purpureum Schumab cv. ②The lignocellulose contents of different plant organs,including stem and leaf,were significantly correlated with those of whole plant. ③The evaluation of utilization ways for the five varieties suggested that No. 1 Pennnisetum hybrid was the most suitable material for cellulosic ethanol production and biogas fermentation among the five varieties,followed by No. 2 Pennnisetum hybrid. This study provides theoretical and practical guidance in the cultivation and utilization of the Pennisetum.
