Abstract_Chinese:介绍了CO2气体保护焊输入瞬时功率的测量平台.在电弧电压一定、单独改变送丝速度时, 对电弧电流和输入功率进行了时域的分析和对比, 以及对两者进行了傅里叶变换, 并对比了输入输出端的能量谱.结果表明:时域上, 输入瞬时功率虽然有时会滞后于电弧电流, 但两者波形变化保持一致; 频域上, 输入端和输出端能量谱基本一致, 且两者均能够有效评定焊接中短路过渡的频率.进而为评定焊接过程稳定性提供了一种新思路, 且对研究焊机的谐波有一定的实用价值.
Abstract_English:A platform was introduced which is used to measure input instantaneous power of CO2 gas shielded arc welding. The arc current and input power were analyzed and compared in time domain and then were Fourier transformed at different wire feeding speeds with the same arc voltage. Then the energy spectrums of input and output were compared. The results show that in the time domain,although the instantaneous input power lags behind the arc current,the variation trend of waveform is consistent. In the frequency domain,the energy spectrums of input and output signals are basically the same,and both of them can effectively calculate the short circuiting transfer frequency. Thus this paper provides a new way to evaluate the stability of welding process,and has practical value for studying the harmonic in welding machine.
