Abstract_Chinese:针对索撑节点处产生局部弯曲的连续索, 采用ABAQUS建立了钢拉索拉-弯耦合效应下的精细化有限元模型, 同时进行了高钒索拉-弯耦合效应下受力性能的试验研究, 得到高钒索拉-弯耦合效应下的破坏模式、破断力、极限应变, 并与拉索单纯受拉伸状态下受力性能数值模拟结果进行对比, 验证了钢拉索拉-弯耦合效应精细化有限元模型的正确性.分析表明:拉索在索夹端部的弯曲导致局部钢丝挤压接触面积增大, 影响整股钢丝传力, 造成局部受力增大而率先发生破断; 拉-弯耦合效应对拉索的受力不利, 极限应变降低, 将显著降低拉索的塑性变形能力, 使结构发生脆性破坏, 应优化索撑节点设计并注意施工过程安全.
Abstract_English:The mechanical performance of local bending cable located cable-strut joint is analyzed through finite element analysis and experimental research. The refined finite element model of cable under tension-bending coupling effect was established by ABAQUS,and the test of Galfan cable under tension-bending coupling load was completed. The results were compared with mechanical properties of cable under tension load,which included the mode of failure,breaking strength and ultimate strain. And the refined finite element model of cable under tension-bending coupling effect is verified by contrasting with the test. Analysis shows that the local bending of cable in cable clamp end leads to the increase of the extrusion contact area of wires,which affects the force transmission of the spiral wire,and results in the increase of local stress,leading to the first breaking. Tension-bending coupling effect has an adverse impact on the bearing capacity of cable,which causes the ultimate strain to decrease significantly,rendering structure brittle failure. It is significant to optimize the design of cable-strut joint and to pay attention to safety during the construction process.
