主要研究方向及兴趣：公司治理与重组及战略管理、信息技术与组织创新及控制、组织管理实验研究课题情况：
主持或参加了包括国家自然科学基金重大项目在内的科研课题30余项，主要有国家自然科学基金“七五”重大项目子课题“提高生产率的现代管理方法与手段的系统化研究”，国家自然科学基金“八五”重点项目“提高国有大中型企业活力的系统化研究”，国家“九五”科技攻关项目子课题“用先进制造技术改造我国老工业基地途径与方法研究”，国家自然科学基金优秀群体项目“组织和谐与战略柔性的研究”，国家自然科学基金面上项目“我国企业重组的理论与实证研究”、“创新柔性的组织控制及模拟系统的研究”、“基于经理相对绩效的股票期权再定价模式及管理行为研究”，国家社会科学基金项目“利用国防科技资源促进小城镇建设研究”，教育振兴行动计划项目“面向21世纪组织管理的基础理论及其应用研究”，中国-加拿大管理研究项目“我国企业高层管理者环境扫描模式与系统的研究”。并为青岛啤酒股份有限公司等多家企业做过咨询诊断和管理研究，并担任一些企业独立董事。
