个人简介
刘帘曦(1979.4-)男,湖北省利川市人。西安电子科技大学博士、教授,博士生导师。主要研究领域和研究兴趣是高性能混合信号/模拟集成电路设计,超低功耗集成电路设计。主持国家自然科学基金项目3项,重大专项项目1项,*科研项目*1项。先后参与了国家自然科学基金、国家高技术发展计划(863)、教育部博士点基金、*科研项目*集成电路设计的科研项目的研究。担任国际期刊IEICE ELEX助理编辑(AE)和审稿人,担任国际期刊Journal of Circuits, Systems and Computers审稿人。在IEEE TCAS I,IEEE TCAS II,Circuit, System and Signal Processing,Analog Integrated Circuits and Signal Processing, IEICE ELEX等国内外重要学术期刊及IEEE 国际会议上上发表有关低压低功耗CMOS 模拟集成电路、混合信号集成电路及高层次模型设计的研究论文30 余篇,其中有20多篇论文被SCI、EI 及ISTP 检索。申请发明专利30余项,授权20余项。2015年获得“陕西省青年科技新星”称号。2015年获得陕西省高等学校科学技术奖,一等奖;陕西省科学技术奖,一等奖。2016年荣获国家科学技术进步奖,二等奖。

个人简介
刘帘曦(1979.4-)男,湖北省利川市人。西安电子科技大学博士、教授,博士生导师。主要研究领域和研究兴趣是高性能混合信号/模拟集成电路设计,超低功耗集成电路设计。主持国家自然科学基金项目3项,重大专项项目1项,*科研项目*1项。先后参与了国家自然科学基金、国家高技术发展计划(863)、教育部博士点基金、*科研项目*集成电路设计的科研项目的研究。担任国际期刊IEICE ELEX助理编辑(AE)和审稿人,担任国际期刊Journal of Circuits, Systems and Computers审稿人。在IEEE TCAS I,IEEE TCAS II,Circuit, System and Signal Processing,Analog Integrated Circuits and Signal Processing, IEICE ELEX等国内外重要学术期刊及IEEE 国际会议上上发表有关低压低功耗CMOS 模拟集成电路、混合信号集成电路及高层次模型设计的研究论文30 余篇,其中有20多篇论文被SCI、EI 及ISTP 检索。申请发明专利30余项,授权20余项。2015年获得“陕西省青年科技新星”称号。2015年获得陕西省高等学校科学技术奖,一等奖;陕西省科学技术奖,一等奖。2016年荣获国家科学技术进步奖,二等奖。
