刘柳(1980.05- ),副教授,博士,硕士研究生导师。主要从事食品发酵,食品安全与卫生方向教学与科研工作,在食品微生物基因家族功能表达研究以及细菌存活的分子生物学机制的研究上具有多年研究基础,同时对发酵食品加工等方面有深入研究经验。
