简介：
荆旭，男，中共党员，博士，硕导，山西农业大学食品科学与工程学院副教授，山西省白酒生物工程研究生教育创新中心副主任。长期从事食品中有害物质的残留分析研究，在Food Chemistry, Journal of Chromatography A, Spectrochimica Acta Part A, Journal of Molecular Liquids, Microchemical Journal等期刊上以第一及通讯作者发表18篇SCI论文，累积影响因子大于60，H指数为7；主持科研项目2项，参与科研项目6项；以第一发明人申请国家发明专利5项，授权1项；多次作为期刊Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry和Food Chemistry的审稿人。
