研究兴趣
结合传统培养与分子生物学手段(如基因组和宏基因组学等),分析典型海洋环境中原核微生物的群落组成、组装机制及环境响应,探讨关键海洋微生物类群在重要元素(C、N、S等)循环中所发挥的生态作用。在ISME J (IF: 9.493), Microbiome (IF: 10.465), Applied and Environmental Microbiology等领域权威杂志以第一/通讯作者发表SCI论文16篇,参与发表SCI论文10篇,论文被引用430余次。
