从事基于药物代谢酶、转运体和靶蛋白的药物相互作用、中药药效成分筛选与作用靶点验证等研究工作,作为第一负责人先后完成和在研国家自然科学基金青年和面上项目,上海市科委的基金课题3项包括自然科学基金、国际合作项目及产学研医结合项目,上海市卫计委面上项目1项,中央高校学科交叉研究课题1项;获得专利和软件著作权4项;另在国内外期刊上发表学术论文100余篇,其中第一或通讯作者SCI论文30余篇。
The research focused ondrug-drug interactions based on metabolic enzymes, transporters and targetproteins, screening of the efficacy components of Chinese medicinal herbs andverification of the active targets. The research projects completed or understudy as PI are as follows: 2projects of National Natural Science Foundation of China, 3 projects of Shanghai Science andTechnology Commission Foundation, 1 project of Shanghai Municipal PlanningCommission of science and Research Fund and 1 project of interdisciplinaryresearch in central colleges and universities. In addition, the researcher haveobtained 4 patents or software copyright, and published more than 100 academicpublications, in which over 30 SCI papers published as first author orcorresponding author.
