摘要: 以Al-Zn-Mg合金板材的疲劳性能为指标,通过测试获得Al-Zn-Mg合金疲劳寿命的S-N曲线.将灰色系统理论模型运用到Al-Zn-Mg合金板材疲劳寿命的预测中,通过Al-Zn-Mg合金的S-N曲线来评估和比较灰色系统模型寿命预测的准确性.计算结果表明,灰色系统模型预测值与 S-N 曲线比较接近.在多步预测中,等维灰度均值GM(1,1)模型与原始均值GM(1,1)模型相比具有较高的预测精度,可以更好地预测Al-Zn-Mg合金板材材料的疲劳寿命.

Abstract: The S-N curve was obtained by tests based on the fatigue property of Al-Zn-Mg alloy plates. The grey system theory model was applied in predicting fatigue life of the plates while the prediction was evaluated and compared with the S-N curve. The results show that the predicative values of the gray system model are close to those of the S-N curve, and the equal dimension gray model GM(1,1) has a higher prediction accuracy than the original model GM(1,1) in multi-step prediction. It provides a better estimation of the fatigue life of Al-Zn-Mg aluminum alloy plates.
