课程内容简介(英文) The teaching goal of this course is to introduce systematically the theory and approach of channel estimation and multi-user detection in modern wireless communication system. The main content is: (1) the basic knowledge about wireless channel, which includes flat channel, frequency-selective channel, time-selective channel, MIMO channel model. (2) adaptive identification of communication system, includes parameter estimation of ARMA model, AR direct model , and AR lattice model of channel, as well as adaptive identification of multi-path channel. (3) channel estimation and equalization, includes the mathematical model of blind equalization problem, linear equalizer, decision feedback equalizer and fractional equalizer. (4) adaptive equalizer, includes a variety of adaptive equalization algorithms, blind channel estimation and equalization based on the cycle-stationary of receiver and transmitter respectively, and the subspace method for multi-channel blind identification. (5) multi-user detection, includes the optimum multi-user detection in CDMA system, the decorrelation multi-user detection, the optimum linear multi-user detection, the theory and approach of blind multi-user detection, and the subspace algorithm for blind multi-user detection. In the second half part of this course, the latest achievement in research of channel estimation and equalization as well as multi-user detection will be presented through introduction of some IEEE papers and class discussion. |
