grjj:章海燕博士的主要研究方向是阿尔茨海默症(AD)和缺血性脑卒中(IS)的发病机制和治疗策略研究。近年来以临床药物、天然产物、靶标小分子为导向的研究策略,基于AD和IS多环节、多病因复杂发病机制合作研发了若干新型多潜能抗AD和抗IS活性化合物和诊断探针,并围绕AD治疗药物石杉碱甲、多奈哌齐及抗缺血脑损伤新型活性天然产物结构衍生物咖啡酰白桦醇酯等阐明了药理作用新机制。累计在Trends Pharmacol Sci、 Acta Pharm Sin B、Free Radical Biol & Med、Neuropharmacology、J Neurochem、J Am Chem Soc、J Med Chem、Org Lett、J Nat Prod、等SCI期刊上发表论文80余篇,获国内外专利授权20余项。
