kycg:长期从事阿片类物质成瘾机理研究,揭示了阿片类物质正性奖赏效应机制和戒断后躯体依赖形成机制,对研究中发现的潜在戒毒靶标—k阿片受体进行了系统研究,揭示了k受体的多种生物学功能,开发了多个兼具戒毒和镇痛作用的先导化合物。近5年在Mol Psychiatry,Embo Mol Med,J Neurosci和J Med Chem等期刊发表论文19篇,其中通讯(含共通讯)和第一(含共一)作者论文11篇。申请专利2项。
