个人简介:
主持国家自然科学基金青年基金、上海市教委等科研课题多项,参与完成国家自然科学基金5项、“十二五”国家重大新药创制1项、上海市科委中药现代化3项,发表科研论文30余篇,其中SCI论文16篇,荣获上海市科学技术二等奖1项、中华医学会科技二等奖1项,获国家授权专利3项,在全国化学药物及异物代谢学术会议、中国药理学会中药药理联合会、中华中医药学会中药实验药理分会、上海市药理学青年论文报告会等会议做学术报告,获青年优秀论文奖数项,担任PLoS ONE、Journal of Chromatography B、Journal of Ethnopharmacology等杂志审稿专家。
研究领域:
①采用代谢组学、高分辨质谱及药动学/药效学(PK/PD)联合技术,研究“胆汁酸-核受体-转运体-代谢酶”与“肠肝疾病”发病机理的关系及中药干预机制、体内过程(ADME)和药效物质基础;
② 采用自发性或化学性糖尿病动物模型,开展中药活性成分、先导化合物或中药复方抗糖尿病的新药临床前评价研究。

作为药理学教学骨干,主讲了中医学五年制《药理学》、中医学七年制《药理学》、中药学《药理与中药药理实验》等课程,主持并完成校级课程建设项目2项,获得课程建设优秀结题项目一等奖1项,在核心期刊发表了与药理学教学改革有关的高质量教育教学论文2篇,提倡将“科研反哺教学”理念融入到中药学或药学药理学实验课程中,通过教学改革有效地提高了中药学或药学本科专业药理学实验教学质量,指导大学生科创多项,获得优秀结题项目1项,指导本科生发表核心期刊论文1篇,指导本科生毕业设计多名。
