朱江峰,1978年生,现任上海海洋大学科学技术处副处长,海洋科学学院教授、博士生导师。大洋渔业资源可持续开发教育部重点实验室、远洋渔业国际履约研究中心骨干成员。2010年毕业于上海海洋大学,获农学博士学位。2009-2010年在美国缅因大学任访问****,2015年在美洲间热带金枪鱼委员会秘书处任访问科学家。曾任美洲间热带金枪鱼委员会(IATTC)、大西洋金枪鱼养护国际委员会(ICCAT)、印度洋金枪鱼委员会(IOTC)科学分委会中国代表团团长。现任中国政府代表团渔业谈判科学顾问(金枪鱼渔业),中国远洋渔业协会科学顾问,印度洋金枪鱼委员会(IOTC)温带金枪鱼工作组(WPTmT)主席(2016-2022)。
