简历：
1962年毕业于复旦大学生物系。1981年至1983年在美国纽约州立大学石溪分校做访问学者。曾任复旦大学生命科学学院院长，国家高技术研究计划生物技术领域专家委员会委员。现为中国遗传学会理事，上海市科学技术协会委员，中科院分子细胞生物学重点实验室和上海市胚胎工程重点实验室学术委员会委员，遗传和遗传学报副主编，生物化学与生物物理学报及生物工程学报编委。


主要研究方向：
1. 新型酵母表达载系统的研究和应用。
2. 以酵母菌为模式生物进行人类基因功能和药物筛选研究。


获奖情况：
1990年被国家计委、国家教委及中国科学院联合授予"为国家重点实验室建设作出重大贡献的先进工作者"称号，获金牛奖。2001年获国家科委授予的"国家863计划十五周年先进个人"称号。2001年获上海市科技进步二等奖、上海市优秀发明一等奖。
