个人简介
1983年进入北京师范大学,1987年获得学士学位;1988年通过CUSBEA项目留学美国;1995年获美国加州大学圣地亚哥分校生物医学博士学位。随后在新加坡国立大学分子与细胞生物学研究所、美国达拉斯西南医学中心、霍华德休斯医学研究所进行博士后研究;1997-2002年任新加坡分子和细胞生物学研究所助理教授及研究室主任;2003-2005年历任香港科技大学生物系助理教授、副教授。2006年全职回到清华大学工作,任清华大学生命科学学院学术委员会主任。2018年出任复旦大学代谢与整合生物学研究院院长。2016年11月至今兼职国家自然科学基金委生命学部主任。曾担任国际脂生物学会指导委员会委员和国家自然科学基金委生命学部生理学科咨询委员,中国生化和分子生物学会理事,北京生化和分子生物学会副理事长,现任中国生物物理学会副理事长。
主要研究方向
主要研究脂代谢调控的分子机制,脂滴的形成、融合、动态变化及与内质网、线粒体等细胞器的相互作用,以及肥胖、糖尿病、脂肪肝等代谢性疾病的发生和发展机制。
