1.心肌细胞凋亡机制及干预新途径;
2.促进缺血心肌中微血管新生的新途径;
3.硫化氢对心血管系统及其相关离子通道的调控 ;
4.天然植物有效成份对心血管系统的作用 。
重要学术贡献
生理与病理生理学系,教授。小分子活性物质上海高校重点实验室主任。主要研究领域为硫化氢、中药有效成分等小分子活性物质对心血管系统功能的调节及其机制。在Antioxid Redox Signal,Cardiovasc Res等杂志发表70余篇研究论文,获得专利授权15项,获得省部级科技奖励6项。曾获国家****科学基金资助,国家百千****才工程,并被授予“有突出贡献的中青年专家”荣誉称号。主要学术成果包括针对心血管重构创新治疗方法的基础研究、硫化氢多靶点心血管保护作用的发现等,将目前硫化氢生物学研究从生物效应观察推动至揭示其共同原子生物学规律和原理的新台阶。
