重要学术贡献
本人在肿瘤复发转移的机制研究方面做了大量的工作,取得了多项重要的研究成果。主要为①在国内外率先提出了CD73与乳腺癌转移密切相关,CD73通过调控AKT/GSK-3β/β-catenin/ cyclinD1、EGFR等信号通路促进肿瘤转移。研究成果在Int J Cancer(影响因子:6.513)等国外SCI期刊发表,文章被Nature Reviews Cancer等国际高水平期刊多次引用。CD73研究领域领军人物Linda F. Thompson教授也给与我们高度的认可和评价:“I have followed your work and been impressed by the quality of your publications. I think you were the first to really find the link between CD73 and breast cancer!”。②率先发现并首次报道了lncRNA-APOC1P1-3在乳腺癌病程中的重要作用,阐明了APOC1P1-3通过其结合蛋白乙酰化等表观遗传学调控机制促进乳腺癌的增殖和转移(Cell Death and Disease影响因子:5.965)。为防治肿瘤的复发转移提供了新的靶点及理论基础。
