研究方向
皮肤免疫学
与免疫调节失衡相关的3大皮肤疾病银屑病(psoriasis)、特异性皮炎(atopic dermatitis)和皮肤溃烂是近年来皮肤免疫学的研究热点。本实验室针对这3大皮肤疾病的发病机制，研究免疫系统尤其是固有免疫系统在其致病过程中的免疫调节机制。研究重点包括：1）细胞因子调节抗菌蛋白REG3A引发银屑病的致病机理；2)IL-1家族细胞因子表达紊乱导致糖尿病伤口难愈合或皮肤溃烂的病理机制；3) Toll-like receptors调节皮肤炎症应答的信号传导机制；4) 表皮葡萄球菌调节皮肤炎症应答的功能机制；5）细胞因子诱导抗菌肽/蛋白抑制特异性皮炎金黄色葡萄球菌感染的功能机制。
