【学术简介】
学习经历:
1995年毕业于华中农业大学食品科技系,获学士学位; 2001年毕业于郑州粮食学院(现河南工业大学),获硕士学位,研究方向食品生物化学;2004年毕业于浙江大学生物系统工程与食品科学学院,获博士学位,研究方向是食品微生物,在读博士期间,连续两次获得浙江大学“光华奖学金”,2004年被评为“浙江省优秀毕业研究生”和“浙江大学优秀毕业研究生”,博士论文被评为浙江大学优秀博士论文,浙江省优秀博士论文,并被浙江省学位委员会推荐参加2006年度全国百篇优秀博士论文的评选。2008年9月至2009年9月,澳大利亚昆士兰大学访问****;2016年1月至2016年4月,美国佛罗里达大学访问****。
教学及研究经历:
1995年-1999年在郑州牧业工程高等专科学校进行教学和研究工作;2004年7月到江苏大学食品与生物工程学院从事教学与科研工作,2005年9月进入江苏大学食品科学与工程博士后流动站,2006年7月破格晋升副教授,2011年8月破格晋升教授。2007年12月,被聘为食品科学专业硕士生导师,2009年12月被聘为生物与分子生物学专业硕士生导师,2011年12月被聘为食品科学专业博士生导师。2006年12月,被评为江苏省“青蓝工程”优秀骨干教师;2007年12月,被评为江苏大学“拔尖人才工程”优秀青年学术骨干培养对象;2011年11月,被评为江苏省“333”工程中青年科学技术带头人;2011年12月获得江苏省六大人才高峰项目资助。2013年3月,被聘为“江苏大学农产品病害生物防治研究中心主任”,2013年6月,被聘为“食品生物技术与装备”方向负责人(注:江苏大学食品科学与工程一级博士学科共有四个研究方向),2013年7月被推选为江苏大学食品与生物工程学院教授委员会副主任委员,2017年7月被推选为教授委员会主任。2016年10月,再次被评为江苏省“333”工程中青年科学技术带头人;2016年11月,被评为福建省“闽江****”讲座教授;2017年6月,被评为江苏省“青蓝工程”中青年学术带头人;2017年8月,获得中国食品科学技术学会科技创新奖-****奖。2017年10月起,担任食品与生物工程学院副院长。
